These designs are a collaboration between Marmite and the Royal College of Art (RCA). A competition to re-design Marmite’s licensing range was open to students of the RCA textile masters programme. The winning design by Joanna Burdett was inspired by Lichtenstein’s ‘dotted’ Pop-Art.
As a natural progression to the highly successful Pop-Art range, this new design range once again celebrates the vibrant personality and striking design of a Great British icon. Fusing Pop-Art genre with Marmite’s confident and playful tone of voice, three design subsets have been fashioned from a single theme: Kitchen Scene, Solus and Zoom.
